Linda Troncoso is a native El Pasoan and the President of TRE & Associates, LLC, a minority owned, woman-owned civil engineering firm with offices in El Paso and Austin, Texas. She is a licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and has been practicing engineering in Texas since 1999. Linda is Licensed in Texas and New Mexico and provides project management services including design and construction management for numerous municipal and private projects throughout Texas and New Mexico, specializing in land development, water and wastewater utilities, and municipal utility districts. As part of her community involvement, Linda is a member of the Board of Directors for WestStar Bank and previously served on the Board of Directors for WestStar Title from December 2018 to January 2020. She is the current Chair of the Zoning Board of Adjustments for the City of El Paso, is a Board Member the Paseo del Norte Community Foundation and is a member of Executive Forum and the El Paso Association of Builders. From 2012 to 2022 she served on the Board of Directors and served as chair of the Board from 2020-2022 for the Medical Center of Americas Foundation, and served as a Board Member from 2018 – 2023 and as Chair of the Board in 2023 for the Governing Board of the Hospitals of Providence Sierra / Memorial Campus.
